The standard
Nothing gets written unless the evidence earns it.
Emailing your friends a poll and having software tidy up the answers is a weekend build. Everything below is what you hit the week after that ships. Somebody gets identified. Two people give you nothing. One person is loud and wrong. And you have to decide what is fair to publish about a person who is not in the room.

Collect
You take a short quiz and guess how your five will answer. They each spend about three minutes, privately, typing or tapping. Nobody is told what anyone else said. If we showed them, we would be manufacturing the agreement we later sell you as proof.

Score
Their answers turn into numbers. Not all five count the same on every question. Your sister of thirty years and the colleague who sees you every Tuesday know different things well, and the scoring says so. No single person moves your position on their own.

Evidence
Each answer becomes a finding: what was said, how many people said it without knowing the others had, and how strongly. Names and places get stripped here. Past this point nothing downstream can reach what anyone actually wrote, including us.

Release
The gate, and the reason this takes work. Every possible finding has to clear a written standard before it is allowed to exist. One source is never enough. Anything that fails is withheld, and your results say it was withheld rather than quietly getting vaguer.

Narrate
Only what cleared the gate gets written up. The model doing the writing never sees a single answer, or a name, or who said what. It receives findings and counts. That is the whole reason it cannot hand you somebody's phrasing back by accident.

Verify
Then the finished thing is checked back against the evidence that made it. A sentence nobody can trace to released evidence does not ship. For the first run, a human reads every card type before it reaches the person it is about.
Three rules that decide what you get
No single-source findings
One person saying something striking is a story, not a pattern. Print it and you have also told them who said it. So it waits for someone else to say it too, independently, or it never gets written.
No raw words, ever
Nobody's sentences reach you. Not quoted, not attributed, not paraphrased close enough to guess from. That promise is the only reason any of them will be honest with you.
Silence is reported, not hidden
If your five did not give enough to work with, you get told that, and you are not charged. Thin evidence is information about the five you picked. It is not a licence to write something that sounds deep.
What this cannot tell you
This is not a clinical instrument. It does not measure ability, and it has no business anywhere near a hiring decision. It cannot tell you who you really are, because five people do not know that either. What it reports is how a small group who know you tend to describe you, right now. Narrower. Also more useful.
Pick a different five and you get a somewhat different result. That is not a confession, it is the nature of the thing being measured. You are not the same shape to everyone. Where your five disagree is usually the most interesting page you will read.
