People aged 18 and over, in the United States. By using AskFive you are confirming you are 18 or older.

If you are inviting somebody to answer questions about you, they need to be 18 or over as well. Do not invite a minor.

The interview and the result built from your own answers are free. The Portrait built from the answers of five people is $29, paid once.

There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. If we ever offer one, it will be a thing you choose rather than a thing that happens.

After five people have completed, and after the material clears the evidence bar. Both conditions, every time.

If fewer than five finish, there is no charge. If all five finish and the material does not clear, you get what did clear, free, and there is no charge. The evidence gate sets out that bar in detail.

If you are charged and the Portrait was not delivered, email hello@askfivetest.com and we will refund it.

AskFive is not a clinical, diagnostic, psychological or medical assessment. It produces no health finding of any kind and must not be treated as one.

You may not use AskFive, or anything it produces, to make decisions about employment, promotion, admission, credit, housing, insurance, or any other consequential decision about another person. It is not built for that, it is not validated for that, and using it that way is a breach of these terms.

It is also not a background check, not a lie detector, and not a way to find out something about somebody who has not agreed to take part.

You choose five people and we contact them once. Only invite people who would reasonably expect to hear from you, and do not invite anybody who has asked you not to contact them.

What they write is protected. You will never see a sentence any of them wrote, with the single narrow exception described in the privacy policy. That protection is not something you can waive on their behalf.

Your answers stay yours. You are giving us permission to use them to produce your result and to run the service, and nothing else.

We do not publish anything you write, do not sell it, and do not use it to train models for anybody else.

Do not try to break the service, get at other people's material, or automate access to it. Do not upload anything unlawful. Do not use it to harass somebody.

If you do any of that we may close your account. If something you did put another person at risk, we may act immediately.

We build this carefully and it will still sometimes be unavailable, slow, or wrong. The service is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will always work or that any particular result will be produced.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete everything. Email hello@askfivetest.com and we will do it.

We can end your access if you breach these terms. If we do that and you have paid for a Portrait you have not received, we refund it.

If we change these terms we will change this page and the date at the bottom. If the change is significant and affects something you have already paid for, the terms in force when you paid are the ones that apply.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, United States. Mighty Maverick LLC is the company behind AskFive.
